I want to believe that Progressive Web Apps are the holy grail of app development. It sure sounds good. If I really can write an app once and have it be installable as an app while at the same time being usable in a browser, then I am one happy full-stack dev.

Using a simple construct I've been tinkering with, I have put up a [website](http://frameworklabs.us) for the new consultancy that's got a fair bit of complexity to it. I registered the domain on November 25th and as of today, about a month later, it's showing up on the front page when I google "framework labs" and I'm on page 3 for "framework labs continuous integration." For being about 4 weeks old, I'll take it.

So, with the opportunity to try my hand at consulting again, I've cobbled together my remote team toolbox and put up a [website](http://frameworklabs.us).

The other day, I had a very Hello-Neo-I'm-Morpheus kind of moment. I'd been googling for python this-and-thats on my right-most screen and coding in the middle one. I was focusing on my editor, staring at some bit of wayward code when I caught something change in the browser out of the corner of my eye. I didn't look right away. Honestly, today's web does a lot of unexpected things with ads and banners and I'm not one to pay much attention to such things. But I did look. And what I saw was pretty cool.
